We were trying to begin service with your company and they kept adding extra charges. After about a half hour my husband was frustrated and he asked to cancel. They hung up on him. When we called back the representative refused to cancel. she even threatened that it would ruin our credit score. interesting because we were with your company for many years and we never made a late payment!!! Really!!! This is not a great way to do business! Now you have lost us forever and anyone else that we can talk to about this! Horrible, horrible customer service!
