customer service person just switched me to another department before taking my payment. the line at the new department * mins! After having waited ** mins to get to a human!! You guys still need to improve service.**My problem - locked out of email address provided by att : *****@***.com. I requested and never received temporary passcode.**Goals: to payment bill, eliminate one directv box from basement, get more competitive monthly service rate for directv.
