Speak to receive my ** dollar discount, little more perturbed that is is marked as fixed so I may now just consider going back to comcast or trying dish like my son suggests unless I receive a call at ***-***-**** ... Concerning discounts only being applied for ** months when I was told $*** credit or ** months of $**.** off to retain NFL Sunday ticket due to technicians miscalculating degree or angle of dish, forcing me to cut down a tree and grind down, then the technical could not pinpoint a signal after all work done.
The financial expenditure an inexperienced technician forced upon my family.
Call me at ***-***-**** to discuss offered resolution and I will decide my route
Been loyal for atleast *-** years, auto pay,
Called customer service.. even site that says ** hour reps. No one.. tried service issues dept which robot states open ** hours... then says closed. Wasted more than an hour attempting to discuss my bill.
