My complaint is more for loyalty. I don't understand why us loyal customers for Direct TV for years can't get the deals that the new customers are offered. I been tempted to leave Direct TV just to try and save money. I really don't get it that Direct TV would rather lose good loyal customers. I have had the Classic Choice Xtra package which is no longer available (shows how long I been loyal) paying $*** and can't take advantage atleast for ** months the current price for new customers. $** for Xtra, or even $** for Choice.
