I was promised a response from the Loyal Customer group within ** hours as of the evening of Saturday, July **. It’s been a full week now and I’m still waiting for a call. What the heck is going on? I tried calling a few days ago and after a full ** minutes on the phone the person I spoke with told me they couldn’t help me and that I needed to wait for the call. I’ve lost patience. Call me if you want to retain your customer.
GetHuman-nrseagre did not yet indicate what DirecTV should do to make this right.
