The issue in GetHuman-fchapple's own words
the closed caption does not always show all the words … skips sentences and then resumes. This is a general question on how to 'fix' this if we can -- I don't think I need to provide passwords, etc to the account. Don't want to change anything, just know how to fix it. ... The closed caption on the tv connected to directv does not seem to catch all the sentences - in fact skips one or two sentences and then starts again - so we are missing about *** of the captions. Not good when you are hard of hearing.
isn't there a 'how to' fix this problem? some programs are perfect and then others only give you *** of the captions.
called three times … cant understand people on the phone at call center. Never get anything resolved … unhappy with Directv customer service. We need to understand the people we are talking to on the phone. Phone call disconnected
