******, *:**am, I talked by telephone with Jay in Tech.Support Dept. with problem that on *** @ *:**pm my TV froze on Direct Screening Room channel and remote quite working so could not escape. He tried to guide me by pushing various buttons that did not work. He sent report to the tech.depart. , Ticket **-************R*, & informed me they would fix & notify me by Email when completed. Now *** @ *:**pm I have not been contacted and problem still leaving me without TV. Please check on above ticket and let me know what is going on. I.m ** yrs. old & TV is my only entertainment.
