Hdmi adapter no longer works with directv app

Help with my DirecTV issue

Use hdmi adapter to watch on tv when I’m not home ... Can’t take my directv with me and use my hdmi adapter...everyone wants to tell it was never suppose to work but it has for since I got the original directv app and now it doesn’t...no matter the brand of tv it will just broadcast sound to the tv it is connected with no picture...and any app connected to my directv account Will only work is I disconnect from directv account
Cause they told me “it’s your tv,take it with you”
fixing It...don’t hide behind the fine print...nobody reads them *** page agreements we have to ok before we use it.....
Cause my bills always paid
Tried removing the app and reinstalling*Talked to two tv company’s to see if it could be them*Tried talking to cell provider to see if it was them
How GetHuman-jgstfsn fixed the problem
