Hello**I have been a DirecTV customer for quite a long time. I have chatted * times with your employees in regards to the brainless attempt at "improving" the GUIDE...Let me assure you, it was a FLOP! Each time I chatted, I was assured that "it would go back to the way it was, as our technicians and engineers are working on it"...Really? How long does it take for goodness' sakes?? We (those of us who are no longer YOUNG!!!) can barely see the **** thing!! Fix it NOW or I will change to another service!*Thank you
