I keep having the same problem - ON*OFF - some days its OK , a week later - the SAME PROBLEM reoccur.
FIXING THE PROBLEM. I pay my bill - I should have BETTER SERVICE than what I'm getting.
I have an issue with DirecTV too

I had channels dropping in*out - I reset modem then looked online for suggestions (which shouldn't have to be done) forced stopped several times then re-installed the app* I also tried the DIRECTV NOW BETA APP which had one of the channels that dropped out - but it stated the channel was a "local" channel. I looked again at DIRECTV NOW lineup package & saw the network was no longer listed. There should be a message from DIRECTV - letting customers know when a network isn't part of the package or lineup any longer.
Please help with my DirecTV issue
