Hello! I have *G data and recently got a new phone. I got a text message just one day after my plan restarted saying my data was **% used, then hours later that my data was completely used and I would have slower speeds. There is no way I could have used that much data (*G) in just * day. I have had this plan for almost a year and never had this happen. I need to have this looked into to see what the problem is. I have WiFi at home and work. Please help. Thank you.
