Hi. First of all, I would like thank you for great shipping services. Secondly, I would like to inform you about the condition of the phone that i received on Wednesday May **th. As you described on the phone page that it might have scratches on the screen, i received the phone with battery cover is broken and even can see the battery. Other than that the battery is not charging well. I did not expect that kind of issues with the phone for which i paid almost ***$. I want to send it back and if it is possible pay ***$ extra and get brand new one with no issues.
