I was a U-verse customer , I was talked into switching to Direct tv in fe AGAIN to U-verse tv( direct tv)in March . I was lied to and Bill was *** more than U-verse Bill. Loyalty Dept told me I would NOT GET BILLED FOR ANY DIRECT TV. I am cancelling it. It’s set up to shut off June *. I am not paying for one dime of direct tv. Your company put me through another * months of **** trying to straighten out this mess. Then I get a letter yesterday telling me to recycle all of my direct tv equip. Really? Why so you can charge me for it??? I want a phone call from your loyalty dept
