I took my mother’s card number off the account information and put another card number in place so it wouldn’t automatically take it out of her account, I paid **$ for the bill and it still took the $** out of her account and overdrafted her bank account! While I paid ** on the account I’m very angry I have called customer service a million times to talk to a human being to fix this issue and give my mother her money so I need to talk to someone now thank you
