After an hour on chat and a couple of transfers (where I had to retell the story again and again), I finally said I was thinking about leaving AT&T due to lack of customer service. I was told to hold on the chat line for a Loyalty Expert. After another ** minutes, I was told they were very busy and I could call them back. I said, "You want me to call the Loyalty Department back in order for them to convince me to stay?". Again, very bad customer service. Very disappointed in AT&T.
GetHuman-debmmac did not yet indicate what AT&T should do to make this right.
