I had an issue with my cable over * weeks ago. And a big hole was dig in my yard and the hole has not been covered yet. Kids in my neighborhood has been playing around the hole, and I do not want no one to get hurt. I has been getting the run around from several managers I have spoken with, and nothing has been done. My gas line is close to the cable lines, and a long black cord is in my yard that leads to the hole. I need the hole to be covered ASAP. I have been patient and is a loyal customer who pays my bills on time. I am trying to get in touch with the Corporate office to resolve this issue. Help!
