I have major issues with my bill that is supposed to be $** a month they were supposed to fix the overages that they charge me for the DirecTV now and they did not my bill is supposed to be prepaid and I have only missed a month waiting on them to fix my bill and somehow in a month's time my bill is one up to $*** when it's supposed to be $** prepaid I need this fixed tonight ASAP I have spent * hours on the phone with you guys * hours of my life total trying to get ahold of somebody to get this resolved I am not happy
