Today, at *:** pm I called and spoke with one of your agent. It was about my bill. In June of this year I called direct tv in regards to the increased amount for their tv service. I was notified by that person that the promotion I had ended. I told her that I no longer wanted that service anymore because of the increase and to cancel my direct tv service. She asked me if she could get my services for a reduced price, would I keep the service. I said yes only if she really could give me a really good deal that would be worth continuing as a customer of ATT. She told me that, if I**kept the service, she could offer me another promotion that would reduce the price for all the services I have with ATT.**She told me that my direct tv $**.**, internet $**, wireless $** if I took the ** months promotion. She told me that that price would start on my July bill. Today I'm told that there is nothing that can be done about this issue. I have had to call numerous times in regards to my billing being too high. I notified the agent today, **********, to cancel all services I have with ATT on *********. It's very frustrating because I only reason I stayed with ATT is because she said that I would get those services for the pricing I listed in this complaint message. I asked her to repeat the pricing several times to make sure I heard her correctly on that pricing. I informed her doing this call that I didn't want any issues with my bill because I have them on several occasions before. I told her that I would stay with ATT only because it was a really good price for all services.**I am very disappointed and upset because I was quoted a price to stay as customer with ATT and now that I accepted to remain a "Loyal" customer, I am charged a different increase for those services .
