The phone that I received from AT&T when I opened my account NEVER worked properly. It would evident in their recorded calls how many times I called to complain about the service. They sent technicians and I spend literally hours on the phone with them. It got to the point that I just couldn't deal with this any longer so I switched to Verizon. AT&T expects to pay a remaining balance of ***.** for a phone that never worked properly. I don't see how that makes any sense at all. I would not have purchased a service from them if I thought it wasn't going to work properly and yet I am expected to pay. I work from my home and this was a very big deal,.
