To Whom It May Concern I was calling to make a payment on my AT&T bill wasn't aware you all charge $*.** fee. I told the Rep that I don't pay online because I been hack before. I said I mail it she stated that it take *-** business day and your service may be cut off very rude. I said I mail it before then she hung up on me very rude. I call back and talk to a Rep name Kim she help me and explain it to me well. She took my payment over the phone and told me call when I get my bill t* get the $*.** fee waive. She was very polite and helpful. My name is Ann Marshall
