I have a $** charge for restarting my internet service. I would like this eliminated from my bill. I missed one payment and this seems like a very large penalty. I am strongly considering changing to another provider. My account number is *********. I just have an Amazon tablet. Your price is very high for what I need. Please lower my bill.
