To reset your phone using hardware buttons, turn off your device. Then, press and hold the Power button and Volume up button simultaneously until the device logo appears. Release the buttons, and you'll enter the recovery menu. Use the volume buttons to navigate to "Wipe data/factory reset" and confirm with the Power button. Follow the prompts to complete the reset. Note that this process will erase all data on your device.

To replace a lost or stolen Simple Mobile phone, you need to purchase a new device. You can activate it with your existing SIM card. If your SIM card is also lost, you may need to obtain a replacement SIM. Visit a retailer or an authorized dealer to get a new phone and SIM, if necessary.

To cancel Auto Refill, log in to your Simple Mobile account, go to the Auto Refill section, and follow the instructions to turn it off. Make sure to save any changes you make.
