Fortunately, moving your Simple Mobile service over to a new address won't be a hassle. It's quick and easy to do, and you can either do it online or by placing a phone call.

What You'll Need

If Simple Mobile does not offer coverage in your new location, you will need to switch to a new carrier. Make sure you get a transfer PIN from Simple Mobile, so you can switch your phone account to a new carrier. That way you can keep your current phone number and everything from your current Simple Mobile plan.If you change your address by calling a Simple Mobile representative, make sure that you have all your account information available, so you verify your identity.

Go to the Simple Mobile coverage page.

Before you do anything else, you need to make sure that Simple Mobile actually provides service at your new address. The Simple Mobile coverage map is the easiest way to do this.

Enter the ZIP code of the new address and your phone number in the text fields provided, then press the Continue button.

You will be shown a coverage map for the ZIP code you provided. If Simple Mobile does not offer coverage in this area you will need to switch to a new mobile carrier.

Go to the Simple Mobile home page and click on the My Account link in the upper right corner of the screen.

If you would prefer to change your address by talking to someone over the phone instead, skip to step 8.

Sign in to your Simple Mobile account.

Go to your Profile page.

Change your address.

Make sure that you change both your billing and your shipping addresses.

Verify the information and confirm.

That's all you need to do, you're done. You can skip the remaining steps.

Make sure that they change both the billing and shipping addresses. Have them read the addresses back to you, so you can make sure there isn't any mistake.
