To access your Simple Mobile account on the website, enter your email address, phone number, or SIM number, then click Continue.
If you're using the app, select your preferred sign-in method. You can sign in using your email address, phone number, SIM card, or device serial number. Enter the required information and tap Continue to access your account.
You can see this option once logged in. This can be viewed from the Dashboard on the app.
The renewal amount shows how much you'll need to pay to renew your prepaid plan for the next service period. If you're enrolled in Auto Pay, the renewal amount will automatically be charged to the payment method enrolled on your account.
Make sure your selected payment method has sufficient funds or available credit before the renewal date. If the Auto Pay transaction can't be completed, your plan may not renew as expected, which could result in a service interruption.
You can also text USAGE to 611611 to check your current balance and usage information. Follow the instructions in the response to view the available details about your Simple Mobile service.

To view your payment history, go to Account Management. Tap the three horizontal lines in the upper-left corner of the app to open the menu.
Tap Payment History to view your previous payments. You can sort your payment history by amount or date to make it easier to find a specific transaction. To view additional details about a payment, simply tap the transaction.

To change your notification settings or edit your profile, tap the three horizontal lines again to get to Account Management. Then, select Profile or Notifications and follow the on-screen instructions to make your changes.
