Use Google

Is your Simple Mobile device associated with Gmail? You can locate your phone using Google's Find Your Phone. Use this link and sign in. If you're already logged in to Google, simply open the link and you'll see a list of your devices.

Tap on the Device You Want to Locate

You can locate Android devices via Google. If you have an Android phone, consider playing a sound and securing your device. Check the next step.

Check the Location

Play a Sound

Tap "Play a Sound" and your device will continue to ring, even in silent mode. It won't stop unless you click 'Stop'. The Play a Sound feature would come in handy, mainly when you just misplaced your mobile phone.

Secure Your Device

When you secure your device, it will be locked and will be signed out of Google. Don't worry, you can still locate the device even when it's secured. If you have payment cards on your Google Wallet, they will also be removed.

Factory Reset the Device

If the device is indeed stolen, we recommend performing a factory reset to permanently erase all data. Do note that your location will no longer be available on the Find Hub app once you select 'Factory Reset'.

Log in to iCloud

Use your phone number or email to sign in. You can also continue with your password or sign in with a passkey.

If you've forgotten your password, simply tap 'Forgot Password' and follow the prompts to reset it.

Review the Device's Location

Tap on your phone to know its location. You will also be able to play a sound and mark your iPhone as lost. Don't forget to leave a phone number, just in case the finder returns it. Tapping on the device also allows you to erase all data and remove the device from your account.

Conclusion

If you can no longer retrieve your lost or stolen phone and you're enrolled in Mobile Protect, file a claim via Asurion. Report the issue to Asurion, and you'll know when you are eligible for a replacement. If so, you may be able to receive your new phone as soon as the next day, depending on when you initiate the claim.
