I am trying to pay an overdue Verizon bill that is not my fault. I am getting nowhere. I gave Verizon my new card number on August ** but still not getting automatic withdrawals. What is happening here? I think Verizon owes me an apology and should facilitate making it easier for me to pay and then start my automatic withdrawal pssthaste.

It took me two days and much time on hold to get the issue resolved. I was not aware it had been taken care of on day one and I appreciate the efforts of the man in the chat who helped. Also I’d like to thank Jay for his help. I had much difficulty navigating your system trying to reach a human. It’s much easier for me to resolve an issue via a human voice. Please make your phone system more user friendly. Thank you.
