I was looking for the veterans discount online for my existing account. I was clicking on one verizon site after another searching. I received an email about ** minutes later saying I placed an renewal order changing my services and paying more. I called customer service and was told that there was nothing that could be done. WHY would I change service with * months remaining on my contract and lower the speed of my internet from ** to ** and reduce the number of networks available all at a higher cost? I want my original services and pricing returned
