You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

My Trip of ** October **** I was overcharged. On booking the service the charges reflected was Rs.***- on the destination drop the amount showed by the Driver was Rs.***-. *I did pay Rs.***- by cash to the Driver.*When I wanted to book a Trip on **th November **** the App showed an outstanding amount of Rs.***-, when I saw the details of outstanding the Receipt showed *.** payment against Rs.***-* Can any Driver leave the spot without collecting the amount. Please check the issue and take necessary action at the earliest
