I have three issues. First, I had the wrong card in Apple Pay and received an email notification that the charge didn’t go through. I’m not sure how to make payment for a past ride, and the site the email directed me to didn’t allow me to connect. Second, I had a wait time charge despite the fact that my driver came ** minutes early based on the Uber app estimate. I arrived at my destination before the driver was even supposed to arrive. Third, GET A PHONE NIMBER FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES LIKE THIS. YOUR COMMUNICATION METHOD IS A JOKE. NO EXCUSED FOR SUCH A LARGE COMPANY!
