I was charged for * trips on the morning of ****. My Uber app only reflects two trips, which is what should be correct as I cancelled a ride for $**.**. The car requested was too small for the amount of people we had. I was told by the app if I cancelled and rebooked within ** mins I wouldn't be charged a cxl fee. My bank is still showing that I was charged a full cxl fee of $**.**, though and I would like this to be refunded to me asap. Thank you for your help in this issue.
