First time I used Uber, no one told me to ask for ride same day. I put my ride in and someone was on the way when I wanted the ride for tomorrow. I called the driver and explained and cancelled. Then another driver showed up and I called him and again explained he was *nd driver sent and I didn't need ride today. He cancelled. I have * charges on my card for a ride I didn't need. How do I get them off.
