Uber doesn’t address my complaint in the app. I was offer **% discounts on my fares if I paid with Venmo. I did and they also say if I added a tip they will give me a Starbucks drink. Now they don’t want to honor the promotion and they say I have multiple accounts, which is a lie, because I tried to sign for another account to show them what they said was impossible and it gave an error message saying my email account was in use. I contacted them to fix this issue, but they just ignore me and gave me a poor excuse. Saying that I violated the rules having multiple accounts which is crazy, cause that’s not possible .
