I've never used uber and I have * charges on my credit card, I don't have an account so I can't log in. My credit card is now hacked and it's the holiday season. The charges are from another country and this is ridiculous that no one can help! Not everyone solely relies on apps to solve problems, you still need humans to respond to complaints and your company makes it extremely difficult to do so. I would never use a company i can't talk to an actual PERSON!
