The issue in GetHuman-kfila's own words
I have a transaction that hit my bank account on ***** for a charge of $***. The charge was the first of three possible transactions. Luckily only the first one went thru. After looking at my receipts i see the charge was made in ny and an additional $*** was input for a tip. I am in GA and did not make this trip or authorize it. Furthermore i am unable to delete my card from yoir system so no other charges can be made.
GetHuman-kfila did not yet indicate what Uber should do to make this right.
