Right when I got in my Uber, a police officer pulled him over and asked him to get out of the vehicle. The uber driver had not accepted on his phone that he had picked me up, so I had to go into the app and cancel the trip myself so that I could get out of the car and find another means of transportation. I was charged the $* cancellation fee. When I try to dispute it in the app, all it says is that "my cancellation fee was already adjusted for this trip", however, I can see on my credit card statement that I was charged $* and have yet to be refunded. This incident happened * days ago so you would think I would be refunded by now.
GetHuman-eahaslun did not yet indicate what Uber should do to make this right.
