My confirmation email shows that my scheduled pickup was for **:**-**:**pm. I arrived at the location at **:**. I didn’t see my driver and called him. He didn’t pick up. And then I called again and then he answered and the car was shut off, parked in a spot. I got in the car at **:**. Im now seeing on my receipt that I was charged a $*.** wait time. Why am I being charged for such? The driver never explained nor was I notified of such. Please remove it.
