I have been using my American Express corporate card for a couple of years. I contacted AMEX last week when the app would not let me use this card to catch a ride several times. I found out that AMEX had placed a hold on the card for UBER on August, which is something I did not do. AMEX removed the hold on September **, but when I tried to use the card on September **, I again could not use it. When I attempt to edit the information on the card I receive the following message, " Payment method cannot be used because it is pending, banned or deleted." Please help resolve this issue or I will continue to be unable to use UBER. Thank you in advance.
