I left my keys in my Uber's car and I followed the instructions on the app to contact my driver and bring back my keys. He brought them to me the next day, but now Uber isn't charging me the $** return lost item fee to compensate my driver. How does Uber even know that he drove out here if it wasn't an official trip? I'm really frustrated that my driver isn't getting compensated for this. And for such an easy fix there is no one I can call or contact to get this resolved......
