This line is very busy. To reduce your wait time, call their number, when it asks you to select a language select option 3. This line is also 24hrs; to reduce your wait time further call after 9pm

I pulled up Uber Help on the Uber website explaining my problem in detail including Trip "numbers" actually taken with correct charges* and Trip "numbers" and charges NOT taken. My problem has been resolved.
