We reported a lost cell phone in the uber. The help line won’t let you get passed voicemail because it says we are not calling from the number associated with the account. Of course, we aren’t calling from that number because the phone was left in the uber. **The help center is very slow. They asked for a number to reach us, but don’t call. Then, they essentially try to shift the burden onto us coordinating with the driver.
