I am writing to complain about a ride that was place on your app for a driver on Firday June **, **** in Newark NJ. The driver pass my address why I was outside my house awaiting him, and no my surprise the driver went ahead and cancelled my trip why awaiting him and my account was charge. My concern is I didn't cancel my ride so why was my account charge? Some of the Uber driver pass my address and stop by four * other houses before mine to pick up, so why am I using my address and been pick up some distance away from mine home. Please let me know.
