Help with my Uber issue
The issue in GetHuman-bradsco's own words
we were picked up Sunday morning at *:** am by Rolanda and on my Uber receipt it states that our trip was **.** miles, and the addresses are not even correct. The pick up location was **** Pine Ridge Dr. Cumming GA and our destination was **** Mountain Rd. Milton GA. The actual distance is **.* miles and ** minutes, so we should of not been charged $**.**, this needs to be rectified as we use uber often,and this is completely wrong. I should not be charged the wrong amount and the emailed receipt is completely inaccurate.
GetHuman-bradsco did not yet indicate what Uber should do to make this right.

I signed up on Uber.com then went to the “help” link and gave the actual pick up and destination that was only half of what we were charged. Within minutes they refunded the amount, however it takes *-* business days.
