Hi,**This morning, June **th, at **:**am I waited for the Uber driver for ** minutes. The driver changed the route at least two times and all of a sudden the app went from close-up view to showing up the map of the city. All I could see the pick-up points of other users, but my pick-up point wasn't on the map and then the driver started heading towards DC. So I decided to cancel the trip thinking that the driver or the system skipped one of the users. Please refund $*.** for the trip that I patiently waited to take. ***Thank you!***Marina Dovganych
