I was trying to get a safe ride from point A to point B. ... several times since I started using Uber, I have a confirmed ride, but my driver gets...."close to my location, then asks me to meet him at a location near the original location.....When I do not show up in a few minutes, driver cancels. I am w*o a ride, and miss an important appointment. I don't know how to let driver know I am physically unable to walk that far.
What is so frustrating is: ** I don*t know a way to communicate to driver that I am handica
I trust that Uber will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
