This line is very busy. To reduce your wait time, call their number, when it asks you to select a language select option 3. This line is also 24hrs; to reduce your wait time further call after 9pm

Have been charged $** cancellation fee which I am not happy about and if charged this fee will never use Uber again. We waited in the rain at Frankston Railway Station on Fletcher Road but driver said he could not find us and wanted us to go to Beach Road. We told him on two occasions where we were waiting and could not get to Beach Road in the pouring rain and all traffic around the area at *.** pm and he became quite irate and then he cancelled the pick up, not us. We then called and got another Uber driver who came quickly and had no trouble in locating us in exactly the same position we told the previous driver.
GetHuman782153 did not yet indicate what Uber should do to make this right.
