The driver passed our street and kept going into NYC from NJ! He didn’t answer his phone after seven times of trying him. He didn’t call us. He didn’t cancel the trip. We need to leave a bad review for a trip that didn’t happen. Yet if the rider canceled we would get a charge and that is unacceptable! The app only lets you leave a bad review for a completed trip.
