There have been multiplied charges to my card for uber rides I did authorize or participate in. The the most recent was yesterday June *th and there were more before that. I can provide a statement of exact dates and prices charged if necessary. Please cancel my card on your file and instruct me on how to get refunded or who I need to report this fraud to. Please CANCEL my card so this stops. This is a reoccurring theme and I need to get it under control ASAP. Please advise
