On May **th I was at a shopping center in Lincoln, CA when I got a notification that my driver was * minutes away. I had not requested a ride! I was trying to figure out how to let you know there was a mistake when I got a text the driver saying he was "out in front". I texted back that I had not requested a ride and that I wasn't even at the location where the driver was. **I was charged $**.** cancellation fee. I want that refunded and I want to close my account!
