This is the *th day in a row that I have tried to get some satisfaction from Uber. I want the $**.** credit to my charge account. Please check previous e-mails. You people made an ***umption that my cell phone had my e-mail on it and it didn't. I didn't find out that you used my e-mail account to notify me of my ride until we arrived home. You had my phone number, why didn't you text me, so if there was a problem I could have corrected it. This is negligent on your part. I will be checking with my credit card company and if there is NO credit for $**.** I will be turning this matter over to them.
I trust that Uber will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
