I called a driver from the airport and I specifically texted him and asked for trunk space. He said he had plenty of space. When he arrived my luggage could not fit in his trunk. He said he will cancel my trip, which was the only thing to do.*I called another driver that never showed up and I was charged $* both times. I need my $** back, please!
I trust that Uber will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
